We had our last pre-planning meeting with our contractor this week. We're all set to go. Construction materials are ordered and we're set to get started on Sept. 10th. I can hardly wait.
I've uploaded some final photos of the room as it is now. We're using still using the projector/screen for another week or so, then it'll be time to get everything moved out of the way. The new photos can be viewed here.

Looks great, keep up the great work. I also took on a basement home theater project and it turned out great. It's totally worth your time for the relaxation you will get out of it. I am now at the end stages, putting in the wet bar and popcorn machine!!
Hey, thanks for stopping by and leaving the comment. Yeah, we KNOW we're going to love it after all the work is done. We watch a lot of TV and movies. It's going to be a very worthwhile investment for us I'm sure.
